What frontend services do you offer?

Collaboration with UI/UX Designers

How does collaboration with your UI/UX design partners work?
I partner with independent UI/UX designers. We conduct joint discovery, the designer leads the design phase (with my technical input), and I handle frontend implementation. All design partners operate under strict confidentiality.
Can you work with my existing designer or designs?
Yes! I frequently develop frontends based on client-provided designs and can collaborate with your designer or agency.

What technologies and frameworks are you proficient in?
I am skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Astro, Tailwind CSS, testing tools, and have experience integrating with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, custom backends), and more.
How do you ensure code quality and maintainability?
I follow best practices, use code standards/linters, write modular code, add internal documentation/comments, and conduct testing.
How do you optimize website performance?
Techniques include image optimization, code minification, code splitting, caching strategies, and writing efficient JavaScript.
What is your approach to accessibility?

Do you have experience with multilingual or internationalized websites?
Yes, I can build sites that support multiple languages and internationalization (i18n).
Do you work with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or custom backends?
Yes. I build headless frontends for Shopify, work with WordPress APIs, and can integrate with custom backends as required.
Can you assist with content or data migration?
Absolutely. I help migrate content/data during site rebuilds or platform changes.

Add-Ons & Customization

What are add-ons and how do they work?
Add-ons are extra features or services you can choose to add to your main project. They let you customize your website or app based on your specific business needs. Each add-on is quoted and approved before work begins.
How is pricing for add-ons determined?
Pricing for add-ons is transparent and based on the specific requirements. You’ll receive a clear quote for each add-on before anything starts. There are no hidden fees.
Do I need my own account for third-party add-ons?
Yes. For add-ons that use third-party services (like e-commerce platforms, analytics, or SEO tools), you will usually need to set up and maintain your own account with that provider.
Who pays subscription fees for third-party services?
You pay any ongoing subscription or usage fees directly to the third-party provider. My fee covers the setup and integration only.
Can I request a custom add-on or something not listed?
Absolutely! If you have specific needs or want something not listed, just let me know. I’m happy to discuss custom solutions.
How are UI/UX design add-ons handled?
UI/UX design add-ons are fulfilled by trusted design partners. I’ll coordinate with them and include any design-related add-on costs transparently in your proposal.
When do I approve or review add-ons before work starts?
Every add-on is fully discussed, scoped, and quoted before any work begins. You’ll always have the chance to review and approve add-ons before they’re added to your project.

Project Management & Logistics

Are you available for new projects?
My availability varies. Please contact me for current openings or to discuss timelines.
How do you manage project timelines and communication?
I communicate proactively, use preferred channels (email, WhatsApp, Slack), and provide regular updates and milestones.
What are your payment terms and project rates?
I provide custom quotes based on project scope. Most projects require a deposit and milestone-based payments. More details can be found in my Terms & Conditions.
What post-launch support or maintenance services do you offer?
I offer retainer-based or ad-hoc support and maintenance packages for ongoing needs.
Where can I see work you’ve done?

How do you handle project updates and client feedback?
I provide regular status updates and use staging environments for review. Feedback is welcomed via email, preferred chat apps, or project management tools.
Who owns the intellectual property (IP) for the code?
Upon full payment, you own the custom code delivered for your project. Pre-existing tools/components are licensed for use as integrated. This is detailed in my Terms & Conditions.
How are revisions or scope changes handled?
Minor revisions are typically included. Major scope changes are handled through change orders and may affect fees or timeline.
Do you provide technical documentation or training?
Yes, I can provide handoff documentation and basic training for your team.
How do you handle website security and data privacy?
I follow frontend best practices to ensure security. Sensitive data is managed according to my Privacy Policy.
What information do you need from clients to start a project?
A clear brief, branding assets, content, examples of sites you like, necessary access credentials, and your budget/timeline expectations.
How do you handle urgent requests or support issues after launch?
For clients on a support plan, I provide SLAs. For others, I offer best-effort responses. Typical response time is within 1 business day.
What are typical project budgets and timelines?
Project size and complexity determine cost and duration. I provide estimates during our initial discussions.

Payment, Currency, and International Work

Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept bank transfers (Nigerian and international), Paystack, Flutterwave, and Wise. Details are covered in my Terms & Conditions.
Which currencies do you accept?
I accept payments in Nigerian Naira (NGN), US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Euros (EUR). The preferred currency will be agreed at project start.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely! I regularly work with clients and agencies worldwide and can coordinate meetings across time zones.
What is your time zone and working hours?
I am based in Nigeria (West Africa Time, WAT/GMT+1). My working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM WAT, Monday to Friday.

Security, Data Protection & Legal

Do you store my card details or payment information?
No, I do not store or access your payment card details. All online payments are securely processed by trusted payment gateways such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Wise. Please refer to their privacy and security policies for details on how your information is handled. My Privacy Policy has more information.
Where is my data stored, and do you comply with privacy laws?
Some data may be processed or stored outside Nigeria, depending on third-party services (e.g., analytics, hosting, payment gateways). I comply with Nigerian data protection laws and, where possible, international standards such as GDPR. Please see my Privacy Policy for details.
How are disputes handled?
I strive to resolve issues amicably. If necessary, disputes or claims will be subject to the laws and courts of Nigeria unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, as outlined in my Terms & Conditions.
